Sophia is an occupational therapist who received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Davenport University. She completed her undergraduate degree at Grand Valley State University where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Recreational Therapy.

Sophia has clinical experience in multiple settings, including outpatient pediatrics, outpatient rehab, acute care, inpatient psychiatric care, as well as the camp setting for individuals with autism. Prior to becoming an occupational therapist, Sophia worked as a recreational therapist in adult/adolescent inpatient psychiatric care. She has experience with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and sensory processing disorders. Sophia is passionate about working in pediatrics and can't wait to continue learning and growing at Paper Plane!

Sophia currently resides in Grandville. During her free time, she loves spending time trying out new coffee shops, spending time at the lake, or hanging out with her two miniature daschunds, Stanley and Stella.
