Ellianne Martin

MS, CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Ellianne Martin received both her Bachelors in Allied Health Sciences with an emphasis in Speech-Language Pathology and her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from Grand Valley State University. 

 

Ellianne’s clinical experience includes elementary schools, center-based schools, and private practice. She has experience working with a variety of pediatric clients, including those with severe multiple impairment, severe cognitive impairment, autism spectrum disorder, articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, stuttering, childhood apraxia of speech, children who are hard of hearing, and children with visual impairments. She has specific interest and expertise in working with clients who use AAC devices, including LAMP Words for Life, Touch Chat, Proloquo To-Go, Snapcore First, and Pragmatically Organized Dynamic Display with Partner Assisted Scanning. Additionally, Ellianne has experience in working with children who stutter with concomitant disorders and is involved in evidence-based research regarding intervention planning and communication attitudes for these children. Ellianne has continued her education with becoming PROMPT trained, and plans to continue her education in the areas of infant feeding, AAC, stuttering, and childhood apraxia of speech.

 

Ellianne is certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association and licensed by the State of Michigan. 

 

Ellianne currently resides in Grand Rapids with her husband and her dog. In her free time, she enjoys all of 4 of Michigan’s seasons by being outside and spending time with family and friends.
