Katie is an occupational therapist at Paper Plane Therapies. She attended Saginaw Valley State University for both her undergraduate and graduate studies, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Rehabilitative Medicine, followed by her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. 

 

Her clinical experiences include inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient pediatrics, and outpatient rehabilitation, as well as at a women’s shelter and a transitional incarceration program. Katie loves to work and play with the pediatric population, and looks forward to continuing to learn and grow at Paper Plane Therapies! She is licensed by the State of Michigan, and certified through the National Board Certification for Occupational Therapy. 

 

Katie currently resides in Grand Rapids. She loves to try new food and coffee places with family and friends. In her free time, you’ll find her traveling, reading, hiking, and doing anything outdoors, especially when the sun is shining!
